It's official! I am going to enter the London to Brighton bike ride next year! I want a challenge and so I am now training.
Because I did not want to wear my bike out, I have managed to buy a cheap bike to train with for the minute.
My training so far is getting up an hour earlier for work and either going for a ride or a run, as I need to build my stamina up. As I have plenty of time, I am doing this slowly so I won't get any injuries. It is also a motivation knowing if I put the effort in now I should be fit enough.
